Age Concern

Age Concern provides help for filling in forms. You don't necessarily have to be a member of their organisation but you must be aged 60 or over.

Citizen's Advice Bureau

Tameside's Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB) offers support for form filling.

Literacy (Webpage)

This course is for you if you want to learn how to fill in forms and applications for jobs, how to write different types of letters and to read and understand information better. You will also visit local libraries and use a computer to access emails and other information.

Tameside Council Customer Services

If you need to fill in a form for a council service, such as a request for a Blue Bin or Reporting offenders, you can do it online.

You can also visit in person Customer Service Centres or Library (in Touch) Centres for help. Welfare Rights offer support for things to do with benefits. Go to Contact details.

Tameside Pension Service Joint Team

Tameside Pension Service Joint Team offer help with completing forms to do with:

  • Retirement pension
  • Pension credit
  • Winter fuel payments

There are local surgeries Adobe Acrobat Format you can attend which operate on a drop-in basis.
