A Carer is someone who looks after a friend, relative or neighbour, who because of their age, physical or other disability cannot manage at home without help.

Age Concern

Age Concern Tameside operate a Hospital Aftercare Service for older people who have recently been discharged from Tameside General hospital. The Age Concern website has leaflets with advice on care.

Princess Royal Trust
